Delete your BaeNest account

BaeNest (com.baenest.app)

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open BaeNest and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your data is deleted straight away.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you can't open the app any more, email admin@baenest.com:

• Send it from the email address of your BaeNest account, so we know the request is yours.
• Use the subject “Delete my BaeNest account”.

We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days. Usually it takes much less.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email, Google link) and your profile: name, birthday, gender, relationship type, language and time zone.
• Every shared space you were in, with all its content: chat, love notes, memories, dates and reminders, answers, games, goals, bucket list, time capsules, nest progress and streaks. This content is deleted for your partner too. Your partner keeps their own account.
• Your location, presence and notification device tokens.

What may be kept

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) contain no account content. They expire after up to 90 days.
• Data we must keep by law, if any. We keep it only as long as required.

Your profile photo was only ever stored on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes it.
