BaeNest (“we”, “us”) makes a private app for couples. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. TODO: review with your own legal advice.

Who we are

What we collect

• Account info — TODO: e.g. name, email or phone, sign-in provider.
• Couple content — heartbeats, answers, oaths, moments and nest progress you share with your partner. TODO: confirm list.
• Location — only if you choose to share it with your partner. TODO: describe when it's collected, incl. the foreground service, and how to turn it off.
• Device info — push notification token and basic diagnostics. TODO: crash reporting / analytics, if any.

How we use it

TODO: To run the app, connect you with your partner, send the notifications you ask for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Your couple content is visible to your paired partner. We use service providers to host data, for example Google Firebase. TODO: list processors and data regions.

How long we keep it

TODO: retention periods, and what happens to shared content when a couple unpairs.

Delete your account and data

TODO: in-app steps to delete the account, plus an email route. You can also email admin@baenest.com from your account email to ask us to delete your data.

Children

BaeNest is not meant for anyone under TODO: 18.

Your rights
